Will he get anything ???

I met my ex husband 2 years ago, we got married last April. I am in court today as he asulted me. He was on the sick for the last year of our relasionship, he never paid any bills the house is in my madien name. Will he be able to have anything I am also �20000 in det that we ran up while we were together. i have a boy of 12 to bring up to I can not loose my house apart from my son it is the only thing i have left. Please help
