Which car is better and will cost me less overall after purchase?

I wouldn't mess with a 90K BMW cause maintenance would be about to get expensive. I would recommend you go with an 05 or so Acura TL. It's a fantastic looking sedan. It wont handle as well as the Bimmer, but it may have cheaper maintenance since it has some Accord underpinnings.
