If arnold can run as a fake republican, why can't mel gibson be governer or california or even president?

serious. i had high hopes for arnold cause i loved his films and heard that he was a republican, but he is an abortion loving republican married to a kennedy. so much for him. a huge disapointment. we don't have too many conservative movie stars so i would like it if they got more active in politics. this brings to mind mel gibson. mel made a masterpiece that teh libs hated called the pion. mel opposes abortion has played soldiers in many movies and does not support gay marriage and never said anything about taking away guns. why is he not in office but fake republican arnold is????? i lean towards Sarah palin in 2012 and think that she has a good chance but why doesn't mel try for governer of california as he lives their. anyone else beleive he is the one actor who should be in office.
