Tips on some energy boosters/how to conserve energy?

i'm going to have a ceremony soon and it requires me to stand throughout for at least 1hour++, under the sun, not allowed to fidget or move. i wanted to try drinking coffee before the ceremony but i heard its effects wear off very quickly and i'll feel even more tired afterwards? so umm any tips? thanks in advance~ :)
