How do i find out who lives at a certain address if i only have their address?

now i can see how this sounds like a stalker question. and i know every stalker in the world would say "i'm not a stalker" and that most stalkers would say a rant like this. so heres my sit rep. this person added me as a friend on msn and they keep telling me to go to this address and they won't id themselves. so i won't go unless i know them. cause it sounds real sus and shady and everthing that goes with that. so i want to know who lives there just in case i do know them. like some jerk banana head i went to school with. hmmmm.... either way your help would be quite cool. and if you think i'm a stalker i'm not gonna change your mind cause thats not gonna happen and you know it. so. help please anyone?
