Why are the book covers of many paperback novels pictures of leg and shoes/feet?

It has been my contention that all men have a foot . People that deny this have just not realized it, are ashamed or embarred by it, or deluding themselves. The example I use it a couple sitting in a restaurant booth. One slips their foot from their shoe and carefully places it on the crotch of the other, touching nothing else on the way (no footsie, no thigh, just the ). Gentle pressure is applied with the toes and ball of the foot. Follow that with some maging, varying pressure (such as a gas pedal). Does the recipient now attempt to move the foot away? The teaser then withdraws their foot. All of this time, the teaser continues talking as if nothing was happening under the table. Is the recipient only thinking about what it would it take to get that foot back on their crotch or how they could make it happen again. Thus, another foot ist comes to recognize their natural attraction. , , legs, flat stomach, red hair, green eyes; this is just another part of the body.
