I got a 3" body lift for my 87 B2. Do i need performance springs and shocks too? if so where can i get them?

I just widened out my tires 2" on each side of my 1987 bronco 2 but now they hit the fenders when i turn the wheel so i was going to add a 3" body lift to fix that. I ordered the lift but don't want to put it on until im sure i have everything! can i use the stock leaf springs and add helpers? what else would i need to complete the lift to make it look good and be safe?
