ok a couple of months ago i got shin splints because i had bad shoes, so i stopped running for a month, then tried running again, but they still hurt so i stopped for another month. now last week i started running with some brand new shoes, the shins are fine but for some reason now when i run uphill i get extremely painful cramps on the bottom of my feet, and also right above the back of my ankle, when i finish running and take off my shoes i can barely stand because these cramps are so painful, what is causing this and how do fix it?
