Is this a good trade?

The Giants send Steve Holm and Dave Roberts to the Yankees for Derek Jeter and Arod and they pay part of Arods contract? The Yankees would free up some monetary room and get rid of some dead weight and the Giants would get better offensively. And the Yankees would get a great back up catcher and a future Hall of fame outfielder. Think this is good?
