How to raise a finch egg?.. need help asap!?

okay so i own two finches, a male zebra finch(rare) and a regular female finch. the female is aggressive and has killed her eggs in the past but most of the time her eggs weren't fertile. She had two eggs(i'm not sure when), she cracked the shell badly on one so we had thrown that one away. the other egg that isn't cracked is around 1mm long. his shell has a small crack in it and just and a small amount of liquid has come out. i want this egg to hatch not only because it would be rare but because i think life is a beautiful thing. is there any chance of this egg surviving? and if so, what can i do to insure that it will live? i also wanted to know if a fish tank light would be okay to use to keep the egg warm. please let me know asap!
