Best 33bhp bikes?????

Hi, Ive booked my module 1 and 2 and if I p I will be restricted to 33bhp for two years. Im a two stroke biker I just love how fun they are to ride and the power they have for their size. I own a DT 125 and its quick but I would love to have a 250 two stroke the problem being they produce around 60bhp (RGV's etc) while I could buy a RD 250 which is close to 33bhp but its an old bike and the brakes etc would be dated. Is there anyway of installing a rev restrictor that can be turned on and off or any other means as I cant really imagine restricting a two stroke. And yes I really want a two stroke as there just so fun to ride!
