Asteroid heading straight for earth. 36 hours to live?

So imagine an asteroid the size of Jupiter is heading straight for Earth. Already hundreds of missions have been launched to stop the asteroid but with no avail. It is estimated that it will take 36 hours for it to strike Earth. What do you do?
