Are there any wireless devices or cell phones that can play runescape on it?

The price should be below $1000. I was thinking about buying an LG Voyager, Blackjack 2, any Blackberry model, or an IPhone. it should also have a large touch screen, and should be able to download Javascript. It should have unlimited connectivity, and a fast internet. Are palm pilots or PDAs good too?
