Are there any currently active Christian groups which did NOT branch from Catholicism?

Very few branched directly from Catholicism, but all can trace their roots back to Catholicism, even if through multiple divisions. There is no other way to be Christian than to be rooted in the original Christian Church, the sole repository of Christian truth for most of the history of Christianity.
